Physical Products (T-Shirts, Caps, Business Cards, Flyers, Posters, etc.)

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a defective or incorrect physical product, you are eligible for a replacement or refund under the following conditions:

    • Products must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
    • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.
    • Proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt) is required to process returns.
  2. Non-Returnable Items

    • Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
  3. Return Process

Digital Products (Logo Design, Web Design, Content Writing, Digital Marketing Services, etc.)

Due to the nature of our digital products and services, all sales of digital goods are final and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Logo design
  • Web design
  • Digital marketing services
  • Content writing
  • Custom graphic designs

Since digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds on these items once the final product has been delivered or the service has been completed. However, we are committed to ensuring that you are satisfied with our work. If there are any issues or revisions needed, please contact us, and we will work with you to make reasonable adjustments.
